The Seven Stages of Presence

1. Divine Light – Crown Chakra – I am Divine Light

Breathe into the Crown Chakra three times. Then breathe three times from the Crown Chakra down to the First Chakra, each time reciting I am Divine Light.

2. Divine Wisdom – Third Eye/6th Chakra – I am the Light of Divine Wisdom Breathe into the 6th Chakra three times, each time reciting I am the Light of Divine Wisdom.

3. Divine Transformation – Throat/5th Chakra – I am the Light of Divine Transformation

Breathe into the 5th Chakra three times, each time reciting I am the Light of Divine Transformation.

4. Divine Love – Heart/4th Chakra – I am the Light of Divine Love

Breathe into the 4th Chakra three times, each time reciting I am the Light of Divine Love.

5. Divine Will – Solar Plexus/3rd Chakra – I am the Light of Divine Will

Breathe into the 3rd Chakra three times, each time reciting I am the Light of Divine Will.

6. Divine Rebirth – Navel/2nd Chakra – I am the Light of Divine Rebirth

Breathe into the 2nd Chakra three times, each time reciting I am the Light of Divine Rebirth.

7. Divine Manifestation – Sacral/1st Chakra – I am the Light of Divine Manifestation Breathe into the 1st Chakra three times, each time reciting I am the Light of Divine Manifestation.
